This study aims to investigate the relationship between GLP-1 medications and changes in female hormone profiles across different stages of life. Researchers will evaluate hormonal biomarkers, menstrual cycle characteristics, reproductive health measures, metabolic indicators, and patient-reported outcomes to better understand how these medications may influence endocrine function. The study will also explore whether factors such as age, body composition, pre-existing hormonal conditions, and treatment duration are associated with differences in physiological responses.
The long-term goal of this research is to generate high-quality evidence that can help healthcare providers better understand the interactions between GLP-1 therapies and women's hormonal health, ultimately supporting more informed clinical decision-making and identifying priorities for future research.
